New Author Photos

MAJOR hectic day at work, mostly because I had so much to do with being off the next couple of days, but also because a friend of mine lost his father a couple of days ago, and I received a lot of calls about it. Unfortunately I can’t attend the funeral because I’ll be in Amsterdam, but he knows I’m thinking of him.

I got myself banned from two mailing lists after I went and put an auto-responder onto my main email account without thinking. By the time I came back from having my dinner and watching the evening news, the auto-responder had emailed the two lists thanking them for an email, and because it was sent to a list it send it straight back out to me – which triggered another auto-response. There were dozens of emails from my email flooding people’s inboxes by the time I stopped it, and I had much apologising to do – I’m just glad I never noticed in four days! No harm done.

Got some work done on the new batch of articles for DWT and took a nice hot bath in the evening with my book to try and relieve my leg. It’s not only the joint that’s hurting now, but I have blisters and muscle strain from the different way I’m being forced into walking.
