Back in the Saddle

I feel as though I’m finally back in the saddle again. A fair amount of work today helped me shift my mental gears and get me moving again.

If you’re wondering about Rome, I’ll put my pics up later on Tuesday. I would have done them on Monday but I had to get the Ranfurly Review published – which it now is. The PR and emails have still to go out – I simply ran out of time.

I caught up on a lot of my outstanding emails from when I was away – 450 emails in 4 days AFTER sifting through the spam!

June’s edition of The Patter, my monthly newsletter, is also running late, but I should have that out at about the same time as the PR for RR#3, i.e., Tuesday evening.

I had to write a couple of letters today: one to Carphone Warehouse for being shite, and one to a publisher in London concerning a matter that I can’t reveal just yet – but I will later. There’s a reason for this – you’ll understand when I explain.

I’ve set up personal websites on all the social marketing sites now, i.e., Facebook, Bebo, Twitter, and MySpace, which I also intend to do for each of my major published works. I also registered and set up feeds for my daily blog posts, Dog Blog posts, and monthly newsletter, so they go through the likes of DiggIt, Del.icio.us, Facebook, Reddit, and StumbleUpon – you can see the new icons along the bottom of each individual post. If you like a post and you’re a member of one or more of these sites, simply click to bookmark the entry to save it, and you’ll be doing me a favour in the long term into the bargain.
