The Easter Bloat

I spent yesterday feeling bloated and stuffed. I think too much chocolate was consumed on Sunday, and the black pudding supper I had for my dinner definitely did NOT help matters. Greed, pure greed!

My press release for the Kindle releases is done. I wrote through another couple of drafts of it yesterday and now feel that it is in a good place. It’s now a good balance so I’m happy for it to go out. The release will go through in the net couple of days once I can get them all submitted and the website updated.

May Newsletter
I continued putting together my May newsletter for next week. It’s going to be a biggie! This is the second that follows after a three month spell so I’ve kind of developed into a quarterly pattern with them. It seems to be working in that giving more time between means more news and making it more worthwhile.

Today
Today is a day off. I won’t be in the office at all because my mother is coming through to spend the day with me in Edinburgh. We have lots planned: a gallery, Holyrood, a meal and then a show this evening. So no work today, but plenty of photo ops! And the weather as I look out my office window… I’m going to need my shades today!
