For my birthday last week, my mother-in-law bought me an electric toothbrush. I’d been meaning to get one for some time, ever since my dentist recommended it to me several visits ago. I finally charged the thing to be able to use it on Sunday night.

WOW!!

Instant benefits to the quality of my brushing like I never have expected! My teeth felt smooth, cleaner and fresher. I would recommend everyone get one.

A New Carpet
Blackpool has installed a brand new “Comedy Carpet”. It features 160,000 individually-cut letters spelling catchphrases from heroes of mine such as Les Dawson, Frankie Howard, Tommy Cooper and Morecambe and Wise. I can’t wait to see it!

Evening Work
I sent off my completed essay on paranormal and magical fiction to the requesting editor. The final draft was a mile better than the first; it has to be one of my most churned pieces before completion. I’ll post the link when it goes live at A Biblio Paradise as part of a new series coming up very soon.

Other than that, the rest of my evening was spent plotting, and by that, I don’t mean working out a storyline. I’m plotting the changes I want to make to my platform and “brand” in order to, firstly, achieve my GDRs, and secondly, that take into account the lessons learned and advice received in my meeting on Sunday.
