* Complete Leith chapbook manuscript – almost complete; pulled a few poems and final edits on rest
* Scan illustrations for SILLY POEMS and prepare manuscript – scans complete; ms under revision
* Assess viability of submitting SILLY POEMS/LEITH book to targeted publisher- decided to sub to Leith-based publisher

Editing
* Finalise RR December (issue 17) – complete
* Interview winner of RR feature PSH prize for 17 – complete
* Prepare RR March (issue 18) – complete; all subs in; layout and design remains

Freelance
* Add SKY Project section into the website/blog/newsletter – complete
* Develop GGP Boudoir website – halted; owner looking for new ideas
* Develop Driving School website – held meeting and plan outlined and IP; client selecting photographs from recent photo shoot
* Gig reviews: King Creosote & Kid Canaveral (2nd) – complete

Marketing / Networking
* Promote Chas Stramash chapbooks and fiction books – FB, Twitter, blog, FB Sponsored Ads
* Redesign newsletter to match new website design – complete
* Prepare new newsletter for December mailout – almost complete; early December issue
* Order new business cards – complete
* Order new bookmarks to match new branding – complete
* Brainstorm ideas for QR Code placement and function – complete and launched with TXT code service and landing page
* Lit Salon on 29th – unsure if attending; double-booked
* Attended Trees for Life Charity exhibition opening night at Out of the Blue Drill Hall
* Attended Marie Curie charity night
* Attended RSA Annual Exhibition in the National Gallery
* Posted out copies of FRINGE FANTASTIC to PSH competition winners

Things That Turned Up
* Date set for SKY Project visit: 6th December
* Keith Armstrong had to postpone
* Two new short story ideas developed
* New novel idea developed
* Purchased front cover through Blasted Heath offer (JT Lindroos)
* SLICK release date set for Jan 2nd
* Dates penciled in for other fiction releases in 2012
* Won the grand prize at Trees for Life raffle: signed ltd. edition print by Trevor Jones
* Tree planted for every artist involved in Trees for Life on a new grove

Submissions Activity Summary
None (yet)

Successes
* Sales of print editions on all poetry books up 300% since the Chas Stramash relaunch!
* Finished BACCARA BURNING after the problems suffered while writing it deemed a big success! There was once a day, when it was binned altogether.
* SLICK (on target for) completed within the month, which means I’m ahead with my overall plan and can aggressively push forward with the marketing.

Failures
None—November lived up to history and was a damn good month!
