Chrimbo Shopping
I completed almost all of my Christmas shopping last night, stress free and all of it online. The Internet truly is a wonderful invention, and barring any sudden freaky bouts of snow, I’m all set to go. I had to collect a couple of items this morning before the day job that were reserved, but the process all went very smoothly and I still had time for a coffee.
Website Updates
I made a few minor updates to my website last night, adding in a few positive comments made about my work from some happy readers. Being able to update the site with how much people enjoy my books is one of the best things about this gig.
Fiction
I stuck a few chapters of SLICK away in the evening. I’m approaching the two thirds mark, so my aim of finishing it off by the end of the week still stands. Ronnie is about to reach the lowest point I took him to in the book, which was a very hairy scene to write but it had to be done. Sometimes you have to get to the lowest point so you can bounce back.
