Not got much to say to today; it would only be adding to yesterday’s statement. I received some more sad news during the day making it hard to concentrate on things, when all I wanted to do was help someone in pain. I love you—you know who you are.
Autumn’s not begun the way I wanted and I don’t have that feeling of renewal yet. The day job has rocked my routine slightly and with my manager on holiday things are pretty hectic at the moment. It’s enjoyable work, though, but hard to concentrate with all that’s been going on around me.
I’m aware this post sounds pretty depressing so I’ll pick up the tone and post a couple of cheery items. First, here’s the full gig listing for this year’s Madness Chrimbo Tour. Then, a wee video from the past…

Sorry to see you’ve had yet more bad/sad news. Sometimes it’s like that – always, in fact, in my opinion. You think, surely nothing else can happen, and then here it comes to kick us in the teeth. Bit of a cliche, but if it doesn’t kill us it makes us stronger. Hang in there.
Are you bobbing out of NaNo this year?
I’m sorry someone you care about is in pain. Best wishes to both of you.
I misread the gig list the first time as how often you planned to go out in December and I thought, “wow, he’s going to be really tired!”
oops.
